On behalf of the Legends of Hutto (LOH) Homeowners Association Board of Directors, we would like to welcome you to the Legends of Hutto website.
Our community website at www.legendsofhuttohoa.com is the official communication channel between the Association's Board of Directors and its members. Upcoming activities and events, announcements, a community calendar, deed restrictions and bylaws, architectural review forms, and volunteer information can all be found on the website. Please take a few minutes to visit and familiarize yourself with these resources and get to know your community. The website provides ready answers to most of the questions homeowners have. If you don’t find the questions within the website, the Board of Directors can be contacted via email at [email protected]. Please remember to register through the website on the homeowner portal with a valid email address to ensure delivery of important communication from your HOA Board. Registration Guide
Our mission is to provide homeowners with a sustainable, well-maintained, and enjoyable community where neighbors can be neighbors and our children can play without worry.
As a homeowner, you may have some ideas on how you’d like to improve your property. Please keep in mind that the Association has an Architectural Review Committee to help maintain the quality of our neighborhood. Its function is to evaluate the plans for all exterior landscaping, repairs and remodeling (such as painting, decks, replacing/staining fences, trees and bushes, replacement roofs, replacing/painting doors etc.) to ensure compliance with all Covenants and Bylaws. The purpose of this review is to protect the neighborhood aesthetic and maintain the value of our homes. All modifications to the exterior of your property, including repainting with the same color, must be submitted to the Architectural Committee for approval prior to beginning any work. The Second Amendment to Legends of Hutto Homeowners Association Declaration specifically states that no request is deemed approved until specific written approval has been granted. If work is started without prior written approval, the homeowner is subject to a $300 fine and may be required to alter or remove the changes at significant additional expense. Please remember to register through the website on the resident portal with a valid email address to submit a ACC request and receive approval from your HOA Board.
