Something wonderful happens when one turns off busy Highway 685 or Highway 1660 and passes through the distinctive entrances to the Legends of Hutto in Hutto, Texas. The seasonal flowers, the well-trimmed sod, the familiar crape myrtle trees, create a feeling of serenity and peace. All who enter share this sense of tranquility. Whether you are here visit with friends or you are returning home after a vacation or a simple shopping trip, these warming sights affect everyone in a very positive way.  Legends of Hutto is a neighborhood of 761 single family homes that are governed by restrictive covenants. These covenants require certain actions by owners, such as maintaining homes and yards, and also impose some restrictions, such as requiring approval prior to making any exterior changes to a home, fence or retaining wall; limiting time of your trashcan on the road; and forbidding storage of boats or trailers within the neighborhood (for the full covenants and rules, click the Documents link to the left).
The Board has engaged a management company to manage the maintenance and to keep neighborhood records, perform accounting (including billing/collection/depositing, paying invoices, preparing financial and other reports), communicate with residents, deal with vendors, work with the City on neighborhood issues, send out official notices and arrange the Annual Member’s Meeting, handle problems within the neighborhood.

· When you walk little Fluffy, please be considerate enough to pick up after your pet when they choose someone else's yard to leave their droppings. Please inform your children of this as well, when they take Fluffy for a spin around the block.
· There are many children in our neighborhood. There are also many adults who exceed the speed limit within the same neighborhood. Consider the safety of all children and observe the speed limit before an unthinkable AND PREVENTABLE accident occurs.
